MobileConfig helps users make common modifications to help increase their system performance on their Windows Mobile device. This utility takes away the pain of making registry modifications by allowing the user to pick the system setting they'd like to tweak and select (or enter) a value for the setting. The adjustable settings are stored in a simple to understand XML file.
