Blackberry is a good shpntamore no doubt but they are still way behind compared to functionalities on Nokia smart phones starting from E series to Cseries. When you talk of flexibility, Nokia has it, High end applications such as Nimbuzz is irrestitable in the sisx version which allows you to make wonderful free internet calls to other nimbuzz users.Another problem with bb is that the quality of internet in this country{Nigeria} is poor and so the free access to internet is under-utilized by its users. I can say that most blackberry users don't use up to 100M per month out of their free access and yet pay 3000 per month for it.Secondly basic applications such as ms office and pdf reader comes in trial version on bb. That is a shame.Thirdly u can't extend your internet access to your pc via bb. I have heard about bb tethering but have not seen one work. When the internet is good, I may join. But for now i know that Nokia is too flexible and can't leave the brand for another.Nokia is simply the best. 10/10.

I guess most people won't craete CHM files but write in Word or equivalent. If one uses Bookmarks in Word, it wouldn't be a problem converting it to iSilo or Mobipocket and still get the hyperlinks.
